What is a Process Journal?

​When you are building a clock, you need to be able to keep track of what you are doing. In the pages under this tab, you will see a record of what I have been doing, and how I have been doing it, and what tools I have used. When we write our Journal everytime we do some work, we write down what what we accomlished and with which tools,Are we keeping to our plan of action, and, What do I need to do next?
